Bergheim Gewürztraminer Festival

Medieval Bergheim from the air

On the last weekend of July, the medieval town invites you to its traditional wine festival under the patronage of the Alsatian Wine Queen.
On Saturday from 6pm, the Place du Jardin de Ville and the Place du Docteur Walter will host the traditional Guinguette: A public dance event with gastronomy where local wines and regional dishes can be tasted.

Sunday starts early at 7 am with a flea and farmers' market in the Rue du Pressoir. Between 11 am and 1 pm, wines from the Bergheim vineyards can be tasted - including rare vintages.
At 11 a.m., the traditional "Apéritif Concert" begins on the two festival squares with the local accordion club "Pelzkappel" and the orchestra "StadtMusik" from the German town of Staufen.
