Hajdúszoboszló is a spa town in the Great Hungarian Plain. Since 1920 spa guests have come here to relax in the warm thermal water of Hungary's largest outdoor spa complex - with more than 40 different spa treatments.

In line with the health tourism in the town, the Biofood and Wine Festival has been taking place for a few years now, offering ecologically produced food - sausage, cheese or wine - and dishes made from organic ingredients.

In addition to the culinary aspect, there is music: from classical to pop to folk music and folk dance groups.
There is also a national antiques market and the craftsmen and artists of the region exhibit their products.
