Naxos, Mykonos and Santorini are the most famous islands of the Cyclades - and true tourist magnets.
But Tinos in the far east of the archipelago also attracts visitors with the pilgrimage church of St. Mary and a food festival.

The organizers of the event have set themselves the goal of preserving the culinary tradition of the island, which was famous in ancient times for its fertility. Guests can visit a cheese dairy, a brewery or a butcher who still makes traditional sausages.
The island winegrowers also open their doors. The highlight of the event is a contest: Housewife cuisine against professionals.
