Wine and olive oil, sausages and cheese, fish and chestnuts: Lake Garda is a true pleasure region - and presents its specialities every November during the culinary event Garda con Gusto in on the lakeshore of Riva.

For three days, the small town, which was already inhabited in Roman times, is dedicated to enjoyment and presents many regional specialities from Trentino.
Visitors to the festival then embark on a culinary journey and can try all kinds of products according to traditional recipes, but also reinterpreted ones.

All the dishes come exclusively from the northern part of Lake Garda and from Trento and have been awarded the De.Co. label, which honours the particularly good quality of the producers.
