Eight wineries from Bacharach serve their Rieslings "Wolfshöhle", "Steeger St. Jost" or "Kloster Fürstental" on the festival meadow on the Rhine, innkeepers provide the necessary basis with "Spundekäs" with pretzels or homemade Middle Rhine sausages with Riesling mustard, and live performances by musicians provide entertainment.
