The fish-rich lagoons of Marano and Grado provide mullet, gilthead bream, perch and eels for regional fish specialties. And the perfect wine accompaniment comes from the hills of Friuli, where an incredible variety of grape varieties are grown, including oenological treasures such as the rare Picolit Bianco or Ramandolo.

This richness of the northern Adriatic coast is celebrated every year in Lingnano Sabbiadoro on a weekend in June under the motto Easy Fish. The prommenade is transformed into a large kitchen  and food zone with workshops, tastings and street food stalls.

More than 50 local exhibitors - fishermen, farmers, winemakers and food producers -  present gastronomic specialties from Friuli and from all over Italy.
The focus is on typical dishes of the region. And at the show cooking celebrity chefs give the public insights into the high art of Italian cuisine.
