Chocolate mousse, chestnut cream, mozzarella with tomato or foie gras: there are no limits to the imagination when it comes to filling Murat's speciality, the little wafer croissants.
Last year, the bakers of the medieval town baked, rolled, filled and distributed more than 16 000 pieces - at the annual Cones Festival.

During the event in the centre of Murat, not only thousands of cornets - sometimes with spicy, sometimes with sweet filling - are eaten.
There are cooking and baking shows, a farmers' market with regional products and a colourful children's programme. Street artists and musicians populate the village - everywhere there is something to see, hear, smell and taste.
