In mid-September, the small town of Gorgonzola is transformed into a cheese and food market for two days. Along the Via Italia, between Piazza Italia and Piazza della Repubblica, food and wine stands line up like pearls.

Ricatoni and risotto, polenta and panini are on offer - always accompanied by creamy gorgonzola.
Wines and spumanti also marry with the blue cheese - and star chefs demonstrate that the spicy spicy cheese even makes Bella Figura as a dessert.

In addition to tasting stands and cooking shows, the event features lectures, exhibitions and music performances, and the organisers also put together a colourful children's programme every year.
