Fresh, dried or made into a delicious pesto: At the Schlangenbad Herb Days, you can learn how to skilfully present herbs. Every year, the spa gardens of the Taunus town are transformed into a large herb garden. Around 50 exhibitors present lavender and lovage, nettle and boretsch, sage and yarrow at the market.

Which wild herbs have been used as remedies for centuries? How can vinegars, oils, mustard or cheese be refined with wild herbs?
Or which plants are used in cosmetic products?
The Schlangenbad Herb Days provide answers to all questions about wild greenery. In addition to lectures, guided tours and workshops, there are also musical events.

The Schlangenbad Herb Days  will open - as in previous years - one day earlier on Friday: with a wild herb gourmet evening at the Residenz & Hotel "Am Kurpark". The chefs of the restaurant serve a five-course wild herb menu, accompanied by wild herb expert Dorisa Winkenbach with interesting facts.
